This is a dream come true for a king

 

అప్పుడు చూపునకు వికారమై చిక్కిపోయిన ఆ ఆవులు చూపునకు అందమై బలిసిన ఆవులను తినివేయుచుండెను... అప్పుడు నిండైన పుష్టిగల ఆ యేడు వెన్నులను ఆ పీలవెన్నులు మ్రింగివేసెను  (ఆది 41:4,7).

ఆ కలను ఉన్నదున్నట్టుగా చూస్తే మనకొక హెచ్చరిక కనిపిస్తుంది. మన జీవితంలో అతి శ్రేష్టమైన సంవత్సరాలు, మంచి అనుభవాలు, సాధించిన ఘన విజయాలు, చేసిన అత్యుత్కృష్టమైన సేవ మొదలైన మంచి విషయాలను పరాజయాలు, వైఫల్యాలు, అప్రతిష్ట, దేవుని రాజ్యం పట్ల పనికిమాలినతనం మొదలైనవి మింగేసే అవకాశం ఉంది. వాళ్ళ జీవితాల్లో ఘనవిజయం సాధిస్తారని అందరూ ఎదురుచూస్తే వాళ్ళు ఊహించలేనంత అట్టడుగుకి దిగజారిపోయిన సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఆలోచిస్తే బాధేస్తుంది, కాని ఇది నిజం.

 ఒక భక్తుడు చెప్పాడు, ఇలాటి విచారకరమైన విషయం నుండి తప్పించుకోవాలంటే ఒకటే సాధనం. ప్రతి దినం, ప్రతి ఘడియ దేవునితో ఓ వినూత్నమైన తాజా సంబంధాన్ని తిరిగి కల్పించుకోవడం. నిన్నటి నా ఘనకార్యాలూ, నా గతం లోని దీవెనకరం, ఫలభరితం, జయకరం అయిన అనుభవాలు ఈ రోజున నాకేమీ లాభం కలిగించవు సరికదా ఈనాటి పరాజయాలు వాటిని మింగెయ్యవచ్చును కూడా. కాని ‘నిన్నటి గొప్పతనం అంతా’ ఈ రోజు నేను అంతకన్న గొప్ప పనుల్ని చెయ్యడానికి ప్రేరేపణగా ఉండాలి. 

క్రీస్తుకి అంటు కట్టబడడం ద్వారానే నెలకొనే ఈ వినూత్నమైన తాజా సంబంధం మాత్రమే నా జీవితంలో నుండి చిక్కిపోయిన ఆవుల్ని, పీల వెన్నుల్ని దూరంగా ఉంచగలదు.

ఏ రోజుకారోజు నా క్రీస్తుతో కలిగి ఉన్న సహవాసం కోసమే నేను ఆలోచిస్తాను. నిన్న నేను చేసిన ప్రసంగం ద్వారా కలిగిన ఉజ్జీవం కోసమే నేను ఇంకా ఆలోచిస్తూ కూర్చుంటే ఈ రోజు నేను ఇవ్వాల్సిన దైవ సందేశం లో నాకు మాటలు దొరకవు. విజయాలు అయినా, అపజయాలు అయినా ‘పాతవి గతించెను’. అంతే!

Then the cows that were disgusted at the sight were eating the fat cows that were beautiful to look at ... Then those seven vertebrae that were full of fat were devoured by those horses. (Gen. 41: 4,7).

If we look at that dream as if it exists, we will see a warning. Failures, failures, disrepute, futility toward the kingdom of God, etc. are likely to swallow up the good things in our life, such as the best years, good experiences, solid achievements, and outstanding service is done. While everyone expects them to achieve solid success in their lives, there are times when they go down to unimaginable depths. It hurts to think, but it's true.

 As one devotee said, the only way to escape from such a sad thing is to. Re-establishing an innovative fresh relationship with God every day, every hour. My accomplishments of yesterday, the blessed, fruitful, victorious experiences of my past do not benefit me today, even if today's failures can swallow them up. But ‘all the greatness of yesterday’ should motivate me to do even greater things today.

Only this innovative fresh relationship that takes place only through the grafting of Christ can keep the entangled owl, the backbone, out of my life.

Every day I think only of the fellowship I have with Christ. I can not find the words in the divine message I have to give today if I am still sitting thinking about the revival I had through the speech I made yesterday. Successes or failures are 'old gone'. That's it!

Keep Praying

 

ఏలీయా మన వంటి స్వభావము గల మనుష్యుడే  (యాకోబు 5:17).

అందుకు దేవునికి వందనాలు! రేగు చెట్టు క్రింద చతికిలబడ్డాడు. మన లాగానే, మనం తరచుగా చేసినట్టే దేవుని మీద సణుగుకున్నాడు. ఫిర్యాదు చేసాడు. మనకు లాగానే అతనిలోనూ అపనమ్మకం చోటు చేసుకుంది. అయితే నిజంగా దేవునితో సంబంధం ఏర్పడిన తరువాత మాత్రం కథ మలుపు తిరిగింది. “మన వంటి స్వభావము గల” మనుష్యుడైనప్పటికీ ఆసక్తితో ప్రార్ధన చేసాడు,” ఇంతకన్నా శ్రేష్టమైన ఆనందం మరోటి లేదు. ఏలీయా కేవలం ఆసక్తితోనే ప్రార్ధన చెయ్యలేదు. ప్రార్థనా పూర్వకంగా ప్రార్థించాడు. ప్రార్థిస్తూనే ఉన్నాడు. ఇక్కడ మనం నేర్చుకునే పాఠం ఏమిటి? మనం వదలకుండా ప్రార్థించాలి.

కర్మెలు పర్వత శిఖరం మీదికి ఎక్కి రండి. విశ్వాసానికీ, ప్రత్యక్షంగా కనిపించేదానికీ సామ్యం కుదిర్చే వైనాన్ని వినండి. ఆకాశం నుండి అగ్ని దిగి రావడం కాదు. ఇప్పుడు కావలసింది. ఇప్పుడు ఆకాశంనుండి జల ధారలు కురియాలి. అగ్నిని అవరోహణం కమ్మని ఆజ్ఞాపించిన మనిషి, ఇప్పుడూ అదే పద్ధతిలో, అదే సాధనాన్ని ఉపయోగించి వర్షాన్ని రప్పించాలి. ఏలీయా నేలమీద పడి ముఖము మోకాళ్ళ మధ్య ఉంచుకొనెను అని రాయబడి ఉంది. అంటే అన్ని ధ్వనులనూ, ఏకాగ్రతకి భంగం కలిగించే శబ్దాలనూ దూరంగానే ఉంచాడన్న మాట. ఇలాటి భంగిమలో దుప్పటి ముసుగేసుకుని బయట ఏం జరుగుతున్నదో కనిపించకుండా ప్రార్థించాడన్నమాట.

సేవకుణ్ణి పిలిచి “నువ్వు పైకి ఎక్కి సముద్రంవైపుకి చూడమ”న్నాడు. అతడు వెళ్ళి చూసి తిరిగి వచ్చాడు “ఏం లేదు” అన్నాడు.

ఈ పరిస్థితిలో మనం ఏం చేస్తాము.

"నేను ముందే అనుకున్నాలే" అంటామేమో. ప్రార్థించడం చాలిస్తామేమో. ఏలీయా అలా చేసాడా? లేదు. “మళ్ళీ వెళ్ళు” అన్నాడు. సేవకుడు తిరిగి వచ్చి “ఏం లేదు” అన్నాడు. ఏలీయా “మళ్ళీ వెళ్ళు” అన్నాడు. సేవకుడు “ఏం లేదు” అన్నాడు. ఏలీయా “మళ్ళీ వెళ్ళు” అన్నాడు.

కొంతసేపటికి అతడు తిరిగి వచ్చినప్పుడు “మనిషి చెయ్యంత మేఘం కన్పించింది” అన్నాడు. ఏలీయా చెయ్యి అర్థింపుగా పరలోకం వైపుకు చాపబడింది. జవాబుగా వర్షం దిగింది. ఎంత త్వరగా కురిసిందంటే తన పంచకళ్యాణి గుర్రాల సహాయంతో అహాబు సమరయ ద్వారాన్ని చేరలేకపోయాడు. ఇదే విశ్వాసానికీ, ప్రత్యక్షానికీ సామ్యం చెప్పే ఉపమానం. 

ఇలా ప్రార్థించడం నీకు తెలుసా? పనుల్ని సాధించే ప్రార్ధన నీకు తెలుసా? కనిపిస్తున్న పరిస్థితులు ఎంత నిరాశాజనకంగానైనా ఉండొచ్చు. కాని వాటిని లెక్క చెయ్యకండి. మన పరమ తండ్రి పరలోకంలో ఉన్నాడు. ఆలస్యం చెయ్యడం కూడా ఆయన మంచితనంలో ఒక భాగమే, మనకి లాభమే.

ముగ్గురు పిల్లలు విశ్వాసానికి నిర్వచనాలు చెప్పారు. మొదటి బాలుడన్నాడు “విశ్వాసం అంటే క్రీస్తును పట్టుకోవడం.” రెండో పిల్లవాడు. “పట్టుకునే ఉండడం” అన్నాడు. మూడో పిల్లవాడు “ఎప్పటికీ వదలక పోవడం” అన్నాడు. తుమ్మ జిగురులా అంటి పెట్టుకుని వదలని విశ్వాసం ఇది.

Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are (Jas - 5:17)

Thank God for that! He got under a juniper tree, as you and I have often done; he complained and murmured, as we have often done; was unbelieving, as we have often been. But that was not the case when he really got into touch with God. Though “a man subject to like passions as we are,” “he prayed to pray.” It is sublime in the original—not “earnestly,” but “he prayed in prayer.” He kept on praying. What is the lesson here? You must keep praying.

Come up on the top of Carmel, and see that remarkable parable of Faith and Sight. It was not the descent of the fire that now was necessary, but the descent of the flood; and the man that can command the fire can command the flood by the same means and methods. We are told that he bowed himself to the ground with his face between his knees; that is, shutting out all sights and sounds. He was putting himself in a position where, beneath his mantle, he could neither see nor hear what was going forward.

He said to his servant, “Go and take an observation.” He went and came back, and said—how sublimely brief! one word—“Nothing!”

What do we do under such circumstances?

We say, “It is just as I expected!” and we give up praying. Did Elijah? No, he said, “Go again.” His servant again came back and said, “Nothing!” “Go again.” “Nothing!”

By and by he came back, and said, “There is a little cloud like a man’s hand.” A man’s hand had been raised in supplication, and presently down came the rain, and Ahab had not time to get back to the gate of Samaria with all his fast steeds. This is a parable of Faith and Sight—faith shutting itself up with God; sight taking observations and seeing nothing; faith going right on, and “praying in prayer,” with utterly hopeless reports from sight.

Do you know how to pray that way, how to pray prevailingly? Let sight give as discouraging reports as it may, but pay no attention to these. The living God is still in the heavens and even delay is part of His goodness.—Arthur T. Pierson

Each of the three boys gave a definition of faith which is an illustration of the tenacity of faith. The first boy said, “It is taking hold of Christ”; the second, “Keeping hold”; and the third, “Not letting go.”

ఎడారి సెలయేర్ల

 

ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టగా యెహోవా ‘కాలేబు తమ్ముడైన కనజు యొక్క కుమారుడగు ఒత్నీయేలును’ రక్షకునిగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల కొరకు నియమించి వారిని రక్షించెను. యెహోవా ఆత్మ అతని మీదికి వచ్చెను*_ (న్యాయాధి 3:9,10).

తన యుద్ధశూరుల్ని దేవుడు సంసిద్ధపరుస్తున్నాడు. సరైన తరుణం వచ్చినప్పుడు కనురెప్పపాటులో వాళ్ళ స్థానంలో వాళ్ళని ఉంచుతాడు. “ఇతనెక్కడినుంచి వచ్చాడు!” అంటూ ప్రపంచమంతా ముక్కున వేలేసుకుంటుంది.

స్నేహితుడా, పరిశుద్ధాత్మను నిన్ను సిద్ధపరచనియ్యి. క్రమశిక్షణ నేర్చుకో. పాలరాతి శిల్పానికి తుది మెరుగులు దిద్దాక దేవుడు దాన్ని ఎత్తి పీఠం మీద ప్రతిష్టిస్తాడు. దాన్నుంచవలసిన స్థానంలో అమరుస్తాడు.

ఒకరోజు వస్తుంది, ఒత్నీయేలు లాగానే మనం కూడా జాతులకి న్యాయాధిపతులుగా ఉంటాము. వెయ్యేళ్ళ పాటు భూమిపై క్రీస్తుతో కూడా అధికారం వహించి రాజ్యమేలుతాము. ఆ రోజును రుచి చూడాలంటే దేవుని ద్వారా మనం మలచబడాలి. మన అనుదిన జీవితంలో ఎదురయ్యే శ్రమలు, చిన్న చిన్న విజయాలు -వీటన్నిటి మూలంగా దేవుడు మనకి శిక్షణ ఇస్తున్నాడు. ఇది మనకి తెలియదు కాని ఒక్క విషయం గురించి మాత్రం సందేహం లేదు. పరిశుద్ధాత్మ ఆ అవసరానికి తగినట్టు ఒత్నీయేలును సిద్ధం చేసి ఉంచాడు. పరలోకపు రాజైన దేవుడు అతనికి ఓ సింహాసనాన్ని తయారుగా ఉంచాడు.

*సుఖశాంతుల్లో చిగురించవు*

*లోకంలో బాధలనెదుర్కోనివారు*

*శూరులెన్నటికీ కాలేరు*

మనిషి జీవిత యాత్రలో ఎప్పుడో ఒకప్పుడు పల్లపు ప్రాంతాల్లో నడవక తప్పదు. ప్రతివాడు బాధల సొరంగంలో గుండా వెళితేనే తప్ప విజయపు మెట్టు ఎక్కలేడు.

When the Israelites cried out to the Lord, Jehovah saved them by appointing “Othniel the son of Canaab's younger brother Othniel” as his Savior. The Spirit of Yahweh came on him * (Judges 3: 9,10).

God is preparing his warriors. He puts them in their place on the eyelid when the right moment comes. "Where did he come from!" The whole world is sniffing around.

Friend, prepare the Holy Spirit for you. Learn discipline. When the marble sculpture is finished, God lifts it up and places it on the pedestal. Fits in where it should be.

The day will come when, like Othniel, we will be judges of the nations. We will also rule and rule with Christ on earth for thousands of years. We must be molded by God to taste that day. God is training us through the hardships and small successes we face in our daily lives. We do not know this but there is no doubt about one thing. The Holy Spirit prepared Othniel to meet that need. God, the King of heaven, has prepared for him a throne.

* Does not sprout in happiness *

* Suffering in the world *

* Can't be a warrior *

Man must walk in the sunken areas at some point in the journey of life. No one can climb the ladder of success unless everyone goes through a tunnel of suffering.
